- Cared for an 85-year-old man with dementia, diabetes, kidney failure and heart problem.
- He walked with a walking stick and assistance at home and used the wheelchair when going outside.
- In the last 6 month, the elderly was hospitalized and became bed-bound.
- Suctioning (Oral and Nasal).
- Gave injections and monitored blood glucose levels.
- Assisted with oxygen therapy (last 6 months).
- Accompanied the elderly for dialysis (2 times per week).
- Monitored blood pressure levels.
- Administered suppository (bullet) and performed manual evacuation.
- When the elderly was able to walk, Suci assisted with walking.
- When the elderly became bed-bound, Suci assisted with sponging, dressing, changing diapers, transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa and turning & positioning.
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would have tendency wander away and get lost. There was one time the elderly went out by himself when Suci went for grocery shopping. After that incident, Suci never leave the elderly alone anymore.
- Shared a room with the elderly.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments by taxi (once every 3 months). Updated the doctor on the elderly’s condition, bowel movements and blood pressure.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until he passed away.

- Assisted with oxygen therapy.

- Monitored blood pressure levels.
- Administered suppository (bullet), enema and performed manual evacuation.
- Assisted in Activities of Daily Living including showering, dressing, changing diapers and transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice-versa.
- Shared a room with the elderly. Woke up 2 times each night to change diapers.
- Due to dementia,
- The elderly would forget if she had eaten and asked to eat again. Suci would explain to her patiently that she had already eaten.
- Prepared and served medications.
- Accompanied for medical appointments with employer. Updated the doctor on the elderly’s condition, bowel movements and blood pressure.
- Performed housework, grocery shopping with the elderly and cooking.
- Cared for the elderly until she passed away and she was transferred to a new employer.
